Hours
of business
We accept orders 24 hours a day all year around, but our production department
only operates Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.00pm and is closed between
Christmas and New Year.
Pricing
All orders to be shipped within the European Union will include UK VAT
at the appropriate rate (currently 17.5%). Offsite Ltd shall not be liable
for any other taxes or duties that may be imposed.
Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice in any
circumstances other than where an order has been accepted by Offsite Ltd.
Payment
The purchase price is payable in advance by credit card (American Express,
Euro/Mastercard, Visa), Debit card (Switch, Solo), Paypal, Cheque and
Bank transfer. In the case of payment by cheque we will only dispatch
your printing once your cheque has cleared. We will dispatch printing
paid for by bank transfer on receipt of your bank’s online remittance.

Delivery
Printing is sent on a next day delivery by either Royal Mail or a national
courier company and must be signed for. Delivery will always be to the
credit card holders address unless other arrangements have been agreed

Delivery is to UK addresses only. Delivery outside the UK can be arranged
– please contact our sales office before making an online order.
Standard delivery does not include weekends or bank holidays. Saturday
morning deliveries to some areas can be arranged, but will be subject
to a surcharge. Please contact our sales office on 01245 231900 or email

There are no general restrictions we know of preventing us exporting print,
except where the content may be subject to a specific export restriction
order. Please check with the relevant authorities before placing such
material with us for printing. If we have any doubts about the material
we reserve the right to refuse to accept the order.

Refunds/Cancellations
Pleasing our customers is our first and foremost aim. We try very hard
to provide a dependable, high quality service and so if we do get something
wrong please let us know and we will rectify the printing according to
your original order. If we are unable to do this we will organise a full
refund. This is subject to the goods being returned to us by recorded
delivery unused and undamaged. Additionally we will also refund your postage
costs for returning the printing to us.
We
will always replace printing damaged in transit as long as they have not
been signed for as being ‘received in good condition’. Please
check the goods before signing for them or alternatively sign for them
as unchecked.
You
may cancel your order up until the time we have commenced printing or
prepared original artwork subject to a £15 + VAT cancellation fee.
Once printing has started you will not be able to cancel and the full
fee will be charged. Depending on our workload it is possible that your
printing could be started within an hour of receiving your order.
Illegal use
You warrant that you will not use any of Offsite Ltd services for any
fraudulent or illegal purpose and that you will not submit any image that:
(a) is unlawful, pornographic, indecent, defamatory, offensive, obscene,
otherwise objectionable , or
(b)
infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary
right of any party.
and
you accept and undertake that you will be liable for any action taken
against Offsite Ltd in relation to such activities and will fully indemnify
Offsite Ltd against all actions, claims, demands or costs which may arise
as a result.
